The Office for National Statistics 2021 Census gives the population of Oxfordshire as 725,300
By local authority district, the 2021 Census populations are:
- Cherwell: 161,000
- Oxford: 162,100
- South Oxfordshire: 149,100
- Vale of White Horse: 138,900
- West Oxfordshire: 114,200
