The Office for National Statistics 2022 Mid-year estimates gives the population of Oxfordshire as 740,300
By local authority district, the 2022 Mid-year populations are:
- Cherwell: 164,200
- Oxford: 163,300
- South Oxfordshire: 151,800
- Vale of White Horse: 142,100
- West Oxfordshire: 116,300
