It considers the consequences of these events and how risks may evolve under several climate change scenarios with a further one to four degrees warming above the 1981-2020 period. The study is based on a literature review, original analysis of observations and climate change scenarios to quantify the risks of extreme high temperatures and heavy rainfall in Oxfordshire. |
