Thank you to everyone who came along to our first ‘virtual’ Oxfordshire analyst networking meeting on 11th June, hosted by Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council online. Despite not being able to meet in person, lots of questions were asked of the speakers and groups discussions were held!

HMP Bullingdon is a local and resettlement prison near Bicester with just over 1,000 (at the time of the assessment) relatively young male prisoners and with a high turnover rate.

Published in July 2019, the NHS Health Needs Assessment reports on the physical and mental health needs and demands, substance misuse, social care needs as well as screening, immunisation and health promotion in HMP Bullingdon between April 2018 and March 2019.

The Joint Strategic Needs Assessment provides information about Oxfordshire’s population and the factors affecting health, wellbeing, and social care needs. It brings together information from different sources and partners to create a shared evidence base, which supports service planning, decision-making, and delivery.

The 2020 report provides the most recent analysis of a broad range of data.  

The 2020 JSNA was accepted by the Oxfordshire Health and Wellbeing Board meeting on 18th June 2020.
