Chapter 5 of the 2018 JSNA
The Joint Strategic Needs Assessment provides information about Oxfordshire’s population and the factors affecting health, wellbeing, and social care needs. It brings together information from different sources and partners to create a shared evidence base, which supports service planning, decision-making, and delivery. The 2018 report, which was presented to the Health and Wellbeing Board on 22 March 2018, provides the most recent analysis of a broad range of data. Chapter 5 covers the prevalence of long-term health conditions, and numbers/ causes of deaths.
