Oxfordshire Drug and Alcohol Action Team (DAAT) produce an annual Needs Assessment to inform the design and development of treatment services. This is information and data from the last year gathered from the treatment database, service user feedback and partnership agencies.Oxfordshire DAAT is part of a government pilot for Payment by Results and in April 2012 our treatment system was redesigned. Our overarching focus for 2012-2013 and beyond is to ensure the successful implementation of the new system and to develop the model to ensure that Recovery becomes a real opportunity and aspiration for those accessing drug and alcohol treatment.
